Our technicians use the latest powder coat finishes and diamond cutting lathes to repair your wheels.

Wheels, Brake Calipers and Diamond Cutting

We offer a full in-house service. We can also repaint your brake calipers to a colour of your choice. We will strip your brake calipers apart and mask up any holes to ensure full coverage is achieved.

Wheels we can repair

Below are the types of wheels we repair. Please note that damaged wheels can have an adverse effect on your driveability. A member of our team will ensure your wheels are safe before we attempt to repair.


  • Kerbed alloy wheels
  • Chipped alloy wheels
  • Wormed or pitted finishes
  • Standard paint from 14″ up to 22″
  • Diamond-cut alloys from 14″ up to 22″

We currently can’t repair 2 or 3 piece wheels (split rims) and chemically chromed finished wheels.

We also cannot repair cracked wheels which require welding.

You can leave your vehicle with us in our secure insured premises. We will carry out all work on your vehicle and let you know when it is ready to pick up.


Your vehicle is in safe hands all our D3 technicians are certified by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) to the highest level.

How long does your wheel repair service take?

We can turn around a set of wheels in 1 – 2 days.  Times may vary on workload. Contact us for more information.

Do you offer Diamond Cutting?

Yes, we have an in-house CNC lathe which are staff are trained on. This will probe your wheel on the go before cutting for that shiny alloy finish.

What is Diamond Cutting?

Diamond cutting is the process when your wheel is put on a  CNC lathe to be probed on the go and then has part or the full face of the wheel shaved (with a sharp blade) to leave a shiny alloy finish.

Can you finish in different colours?

Yes, we can offer a range of powder coat colours to have your wheels looking as good as new.

Can you paint brake calipers to?

Yes we can. We will remove your calipers from your car, paint them and fix them back on for you.

Do you refurb calipers?

No. We can paint working calipers but do not get involved with re-building and refurbishing brake calipers.

Do you offer a mobile service?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a mobile service. To achieve the best quality of wheel refurbishment we need to work on the wheels at our unit in Bedfordshire. This allows us to strip the wheel and powder coat prime, powder paint and powder lacquer. All our repairs are done in our unit in Bedfordshire. Click here for more details.
